This boat house doubles as an outdoor entertaining space on Nova Scotia’s (Canada) beautiful South Shore. Many details adorn the red cedar shingled seaside shanty, making it a one of a kind retreat for it’s owners.

Red cedar shingles are complimented with red cedar doors and shutters.

Brass 'porthole' windows were purchased online, then framed with the carved points of a compass and circled with plasticized rope.

The copper bar tops are covered with epoxy resin that has encased within a collection of themed 'bric-a-brac'.

'Barn' style doors of red cedar with decorative bracing. The handles are bent laminations made for this project.
