Bedside Tables

Made from solid cherry and maple. The drawer fronts are tiger maple wrapped in cherry with a bead detail on the front edge. The knobs are cherry. The middle shelf is mortised into the legs and provides a place for books that can be easily reached from bed.

Nicely done. I especially like the middle shelf immediately below the drawer. I'm guessing that will be the most useful space, in that things won't be exposed and knocked off.

There appears to be a lighter strip of maple on the shelves, is that correct?

I would be proud to make something half as well.

Nice Design, Form and funtion, I been inspired by those tables, excelent choice of wood, and skillfully finished, thanx to share w Us Ur design.
