Will there be a deal with a nearby motel for the Fine Woodworking New England event? The one last year was excellent.
Not that I'm aware of right now. I'll check.
Forgot to check the notification box with my question above.
Thank you Robby, I am deeply moved by your story and your work. Not only do you have a great gift of individual design expression but are able to communicate your story and perspective in a touching and beautiful way. Thanks also to Ben and Amanda for bringing Robby to us.
In some ways Robby and I are as unlike as can be-- I'm an old white guy who works in pretty conventional modes. But listening to him talk made me see that we are actually very much alike as two people fascinated by the magic of woodworking. As Ben and Amanda both said several times, Robby's story is inspiring. This is one of those episodes of STL that I'll be telling other woodworkers they have to listen to. FWW should fly him up to Connecticut for FWW New England!!
Robby knocks it out of the park!
