Editing, photographing, and learning from some of the country’s best woodworkers was like a dream apprenticeship for Ken St. Onge. Although the former FWW associate editor has switched careers and now works in marketing, he still gets to practice the craft by night, building furniture in a newly delivered workshop nestled among a stand of tall cherry trees 90 feet from his back door.
