entertainment center

This is the only picture I could find of this simple entertainment center I made out of a beautiful piece of chestnut from PALS in Oakland, and another board of salvaged elm milled from a tree on the Andrew Jackson "Hermitage" estate that had been hit by a tornado. It's not the fanciest thing I've made, but is simple and shows off the wood well. Drawer handles were fashioned from a pice of burl, possibly Madrone, I found while walking in some woods in Booneville, CA. Can't find any shots of the side now but Dolly sure seems pretty happy in it.
