The audience side. The handrail is removable to make moving easier.
The decks are inlaid cork with plywood substrate and cherry trim.
The top section can be used alone- providing 8 of rise.

Built for and donated to The Catholic High School of Baltimore, this Conductor's Podium is actually two podiums in one. The original design allows for two levels to be combined for a total rise of 12 3/4". If less rise is needed the upper level can be used alone for 8" of rise.

The primary wood is cherry with inlaid cork for the decks.

It was a pleasure to get back in my shop with my father to create this special piece for such a wonderful group of people.

Design or Plan used: My own design
