Woodworker: Ed Moulthrop
Moulthrop laid the groundwork for contemporary, artistic turning. His large lathe, tool, and vessels were the subject of the cover story in Fine Woodworking #41 in 1983. Pictured here are a selection of his giant vessels. His work features simple lines that were usually the product of his own handmade bowl lathes.
