Curved Cabinet
Woodworker: Stephen Hammer
Hammer designed and built this cherry cabinet in an effort to find ways to curve wood that did not require steam-bending or veneering. The result is drawer fronts and door panels that are sawn out of thicker stock and coopered to match the curve that is desired. The cabinet is finished with an oil-and-varnish mix.
