Bar Stool
Woodworker: Michael Seward
Made in about 30 hours, this bar stool features a cherry seat, curly maple legs, and walnut wedges and pegs. Seward says the most challenging part of this project was cutting the compound-angle shoulders on the round tenons that join the square tapered legs to the seat. The finish is hand-rubbed oil and varnish.
