Anyone recommed a random orbit sander that doesent vibrate much and has good dust collection? Not looking to spend the money for a Fein or Festool. I have a Dewalt now and I think it vibrates a lot, or are they all like that?

Metabo SX450 Duo
With those requirements, that's easy FESTOOL! They offer a wide range depending on your needs. They ain't cheap, but then you get what you pay for!

I have both a Metabo in 6" and the newest Milwaukee in 5" and both are excellent.
I agree that Festool is the best, and you will not be disappointed if you decide to spend a little extra. If that isn't in the budget, I have had good luck with Porter Cable, and Makita sanders. Since the tool you are using is yellow, the sander is probably the problem. You can also experience vibration if the stock that you are sanding is not flat enough....
