Your best bet is to attach the photo, rather than including it within your message. Make sure you're in "Advanced View" (check the very bottom of the right-hand column -- below where you're reading right now). Then go ahead and start your thread. Below the text-composition box, you'll see the orange buttons "Post" "Preview" "Spell Check" and "Attach Files" click on that button, browse to your file and attach it. Give it plenty of time to upload.
A tip, if you aren't already aware: Try to get the file size down below 60KB or so -- those giant files (over 100KB especially) take too long for us dial-up people to download.
