I have increasingly heard good things about Grizzley table saws. Does anyone know or has had experience with the product?
Thank you

foreigner, (just kidding)
in 1987 i bought the grizzly g1023 saw. three cabinetmakers each used the machine for several years independent of one another. to say that saw has paid for itself many times over is an understatement. i also have their 12" planer, which i don't think they make anymore, as well as their 3 hp shaper. it's good stuff.

Thanks!
that adds to what I've heard.

I have the 1023 TS and the 555 BS and have been very pleased with their performance over the past 5 years. I have a 2hp Grizzly cyclone for the past year is performing very well.
Seems to be a lot of people using the green machine. I like all the positive comments.Thank you.

Several years with the Grizzly 555 bandsaw, I run lots of stock through it while making toys. I use it as an overgrown scroll saw. I've had no problems. My buddy has Grizzly (20 inch?) planer. We've run lots of wood through it with no problem. But... best of all, a local HIGH VOLUME lumber yard has one of the table saws, don't know which model, and they use and abuse it daily. They report no problems, other than having to replace saw-blades. They found out you can't run bladesm until the teeth fall off, you've got to sharpen them occasionally.

I took the plunge this summer based on forum feedback and bought a Grizzly table saw myself. I love it! Delivery was fast, packaging great, and set up was pretty simple considering it was a sliding table saw! I got the G0623X.
Can't ask for a better recommendation.
Thank you.

Many of the Grizzly table saws are very well regarded as a great bang for the buck. A friend of mine has used his 1023 commercially for the last ten years. He's added a Grizzly DC, 8" jointer, and 17" BS over the years too, and he's very pleased with all of them.
I've got a 6" Grizzly BS and a 2hp Griz DC that have been great. I also have a new Shop Fox W1677, which is a white version of the 1023 from Griz's sister company.
The Laguna Platinum and Grizzly G0690 and G0691 are essentially the same saws.
I'll visit the web site to check up on these.
Thank you.

Well, I bought my 1023slx over five years ago (hard to beleive its been that long) and could not be happier with it. I love the 7' rails and its handled every single thing I've thrown at it. She still passes the nickle test and has been moved twice. Once form Va to IL, and from IL to PA. I have used Forrest blades since I bought it and love those as well. The new ones even have riving knives, and often thought it would be nice but old betsy cuts just fine! I did throw the stock blade cover away and replace it with Penn industries overarm gard and my splitter is the microjig. In a nutshell I'd buy it all over agian and you can't beat the price. Dang I just looked and that sucker is cheaper now (by 200 bucks) than when I purchased it.
Here's a nice model with riving knife and free shipping. Good luck!
P.S. I also have the 12" jointer and 17" BS. All good tools.
