   Thin happened to me, too, and it was Sunday and I didn't feel like waiting, so I guessed. If you look at your mailing label on an issue of the magazine, your customer number should be the long number minus the three zeros (at least, it worked for me). So if you see something that looks like: #00012345678/3#JUN16, your customer number is 12345678. Stop at the slash line.
