Sorry to have to post here but it has proved impossible to sign into customer services as the login methods appear to be designed for US users only. Coming from the UK I’ve found it impossible to sign in.
The reason I wanted to contact customer services? Ever since I subscribed I received regular emails prompting me to subscribe despite the fact that I pay £7.61 every month.
Having recently received many emails telling me I can subscribe for a whole year for $20 I thought ‘great, I’ll have some of that’. Not so, even though the subscription is digital and 0’s & 1’s don’t care where in the world you are, the deal isn’t available outside USA & Canada.
As a predominant hand tool user the site offers up some interesting articles on design etc, but as far as tool use and reviews go, articles on hand planes for example don’t change in a few decades. How about offering the preferential subscriptions to other potential customers outside the USA & Canada?
Without a bit of good will, the site isn’t looking such good value for overseas subscribers by comparison.
