Is :
There a washer between the nut and the blade?
Is it on the right way ? Taper toward the nut wide end toward the blade ?
Is the blade a thin kerf blade ? Maybe not good in this application.
Is there a ding on the threads that stops the nut before it tightens against the blade ?
Do you have your saw station oriented so it is facing toward the source of all knowledge and wisdom ( in this case Norm Abram's work shop ) ? Feng Shui you know.
And I am really going out there with this one . . . is there any chance the motor is turning the wrong direction ? Ooooo that sounds scary !
