dining table with self storing leaves

Hi,
I’ve got a client that wants a diningroom table with leaves that slide back into the ends. While I have seen tables like this I am not having much success at finding plans or hardware to build one myself. Could anyone suggest a good source?

There's one in Tage Frid Teaches Woodworking: Furniture. This three-volume set is sometimes published as a single volume, and I highly recommend it.
E. Joyce's Encylopedia of Woodworking covers several approaches to this.
