I hope someone from Fine Woodworking monitors these messages.
I attempted to place a Subscription order on line on 22 July. I did not get any response so sent an email to Customer Support on 6 Aug. Still nothing so sent another message on 29 Aug. Still no response! Is there anyone there? — 🙂
I just phoned (from the UK) and got an answer phone message to call back after Labour Day on Tuesday the 2nd! Hmmm Today is Wed the 3rd.
My order number was 153279.
Can anyone help!!!!!!

Try posting this under the "Feedback on Fine Woodworking" category, I'd expect they'll be more likely to see it there.

Many thanks for your help. Something seems to be moving.... I have had an email. It doesn't quite tie up with the information you recieved but at least there is a now a communication path - lets hope it stays open! The info I got was...
"The order did not come through completely, so there was no order placed."
