Do any of you know where I can get a discounted HTC mobile base for my DeWalt scroll saw (model DW-788)? I’ve tried a few of the online tool sources without luck. Maybe someobody knows a dealer who will order one and have it drop shipped?

They make great product and trying to split a nickel isn't worth the time. They don't have a website or plan on getting one. Amazon carries HTC so you might save on freight so that's worth something.
Check your local Sears.
The Craftsman-branded universal mobile bases are HTC bases.
