I’m not very computer literate and struggling getting access to open the download files for unlimited plans, anyone else struggling or know the solution? My phone says it can’t open the file, I tried downloading the SketchUp viewer app but still no luck or I am doing something wrong

JessEm Mite-R Excel II Miter Gauge
The gauge has a quick and easy method for fitting the guide bar precisely to your tablesaw’s miter slot. This means the gauge can be recalibrated if necessary for continued accuracy. The face of the protractor head can be adjusted square to the table and also square to the guide bar. This ensures accurate cuts, and it, too, can be readjusted if the need arises. The protractor head has stainless-steel knobs and fittings and high-contrast, easy-to-read white numbers and increments.

Which app did you use? What phone and platform?
The plans include pdf files too. Can you open those?
The app was "SketchUp Viewer", phone is an Oppo (similar to Samsung), not sure what platform you are referring to.
After it says it has downloaded the Zip File it says "cannot open file"
I'm in Australia, not sure if that is an issue here.
I'm guessing the platform is Android.
You first need a different app to unzip the zip file. There are probably 2 pdf files, a .skip file, a document, text, and maybe more inside that zip file. You need to extract those files before you can open them.
That sounds complicated and beyond me, might cancel my subscription if that's the case, appreciate the help though, cheers
Cancel your subscription because you "cannot open a file"? Curious though why one would want to look at Sketchup drawings on a phone? Why don't you try on another device/computer...using an app to open the zip file. Not sure how? Google zip files, zip apps, or "how do I open a zip file"? Then after you unzip the file, try using the viewer. This is not complicated, just a few minutes of time.
Are you trying to open the PDF plan or the SketchUp model file which has the .skp extension? Is it the .zip file you can't open?
I just installed the SketchUp viewer on my Android phone and opened a SketchUp model file with no problem. The one I opened was quite large (much larger than the SketchUp files included with the Digital plans) and a message popped up suggesting that I might want to close other apps but I ignored that and it works fine.
