Roland Johnson is Sacramento bound with The Woodworking Shows
comments (0) November 2nd, 2010 in blogs
I had a great time at the Costa Mesa, California show this past weekend. The weather was California mild and the folks attending The Woodworking Show were Midwest friendly; what a great combo. One hall was devoted to local woodworking organizations and it was packed all weekend. The main show hall was a hive of activity with a bunch of free seminars going all weekend. A good time was had by all.
This weekend I will be in Sacramento at The Pavillion (1600 Exposition Blvd) demonstrating finishing techniques and products applications. The seminars will cover the basics of surface prep, coloring wood and topcoating with wipe-on and brush-on finishes.
With the elections finally behind us it's time to get away from the TV and have a some fun. Stop by and say hi, stay for a seminar and learn how to hand-apply a great finish.
