In this recent episode of Etsy.com's video series Handmade Portraits I interviewed homespun woodworker Fred Jakubiec who makes and sells colorful and eccentric birdhouses with his partner Lynn Patrick.
Known as Birdhouseaccents on Etsy.com where he sells his creations, Jakubiec notes that he got into the business after a trip to Amish country where he was inspired to build these primitive projects and decorate them with found objects.
