Ever find yourself hunting for your drill press chuck key? Here’s a simple solution.
Get yourself a badge holder with a reel. Remove the clip on the reel and glue it to your drill press. Then use the snap clip to grip your chuck key as shown.
When you are done tightening the chuck, you put the key away (this is the best part) by letting go. The reel will put the key back to where it belongs.
This is also a safely feature. If you leave the key in the chuck when you start your drill, it will fly up towards the reel instead of flying through the air or towards your face.
