Woodworker: Phillip Recht
Recht made this cherry cabinet with rosewood pulls as his door and drawer case project for a 12-week intensive course he took at The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. Designed to serve as a sofa end table, the cabinet has curved corner chamfers and surfaces in varying planes. It is finished with three coats of an oil-and-varnish mixture.
