This is a new style/technique for me in an attempt to keep the final product as close to O.E. (original equipment) as possible.
The branch (O.E.) opens the lid for access to the upper compartments. The drawer pulls are cones from a Dawn Redwood from my sister’s yard in Sacramento, CA. The interior is sanded, but, unfinished for the aroma. Exterior has several coats of catalyzed lacquer.
