Steampunk Laptop version 2

I’ve always been facinated with the ‘Steampunk’ style. A combination of Walnut, Figured Cherry and Mahogany with a healthy dose of gears, cogs and wheels. Yeah, it makes the laptop a bit heavier, but it is so worth it. 🙂

Version one was more over the top, and had a few construction issues…quickly remedied with a rebuild of the top.

Mathew, this is pure genius. Love the angle locks, I assume from an old view camera. This case is beautiful.
Time to do more research on the "Steampunk" style.
