The table is made of Black Walnut which is dyed and the top is a 12 way match of Black Walnut veneer. There is a stylized flower carving suspended from the front edge of the top.

I've seen this beautiful table 'in person' and the photo doesn't do it justice. I wish all the readers could see the detailed carvings on the little side panels and the gorgeous top surface!
