I am working with a new set of woodline WL-1361 roundover profile rail and stile cutters and am having a difficult time getting the bits adjusted to make the pieces fit together properly. It seems to be the mail roundover portion which is not fitting properly into the mating cove.

I tried removing both existing shim washers from the male roundover cutter (right, above) but I still can not get a proper fit.
Any suggestions?

I bought a Woodline set of Stile and Rail bits at the wwshow when it was here..I have the Miniature set..I had the same problem..I had to shim and re-shim a few times til I got the set where I wanted it...all the shims arent the same size either..so be sure you measure them..just takes some fudging with...Good luck.
