Could anyone tell me a website(s) where I can look at profiles of Victorian moldings.

Paul,
You might want to search for a site for Foley Bellsaw, I know they will make a set of cutters for you if you need to match existing trim in your home. They also have a pretty nice selection of stock cutters. I spoke to the BIG boss man at Foley a couple of weeks ago (He was walking buy a phone when it was ringing) lucky me. They are not so big that they wont try to help you in any way. Have a nice weekend. Rick
Try http://www.restorationtrades.com, they have some pointers to molding makers and related work. One other firm that comes to mind is forester molding, at http://www.forestermolding.com.
