I am breaking up my shop after many years an moving to a retirement home. I am wondering how much it is worth. It is In Massachusetts and up one flight of very wide strong stairs. I have converted the extension table to a downdraft sanding station that is pretty unique. In fact it might be a good project for members who do a lot of sanding. The removable cups were purchased from mcmaster carr. I poked a hole in each so they are easily popped out with a small screwdriver to adjust suction. The machine has no guards but I do have the mounting post for it.

Pricing tools is always hit or miss. Best thing to do is to search craigslist and facebook marketplace and see what other people are asking.
I did just happen to sell a unisaw though. I packaged it with a bunch of blades, but for my saw, I was able to get $1,100. However, that was with a coveted unifence. I see them go for $500, and I see them go for $1,200.
Also, I had mine listed for a week or two before I had any bites. Then I had a bidding war between two buyers in the same day. Patience helps.
