The review in tools and shop is that online here where I can get to it ? If so How ? I can’t seem to locate it. Or is it an add on the the Magazine you get in the mail ? I can’t find the video either .

Doubtful. Finewoodworking magazine and the online content here are separate operations. What I think you heard about is the "Annual Tools & Shop" edition of FW magazine. Subscribers got that issue over the last few days. As far as I can tell FW mag articles are not generally available for free online. They do have some nifty online videos and excerpts from time to time.
