The PC jigs I've seen use a 17/32" bit. Which jig do you have? Also, I'm sure you're aware that HSS can be honed sharper than carbide and maybe that's why they offer only HSS.
Anyway the

The 9/32" bit is for the miniature thru, half blind, and box joint template.

You might also look at Eagle America (http://eagleamerica.com/default.asp). Based on a review here on FWW, I recently purchased some bits from them, and have been pleased so far.
