I was wondering if there was some place where I could find a bunch of Sketchup woodworking tool models for laying out my new shop.
Thanks -Tim

While in the Sketchup program, select File->3d Warehouse->Get Models. Then, on the 3D Warehouse page, click on Collections and search for Woodworking. There are a bunch of models available.
Another source would be John Yurko's website. ( http://www.yda-online.com/shopmodels.htm ) He made a bunch of models for doing shop layouts. He included infeed and outfeed clearance areas. His models are good although a bit "fat". You should be able to use them though. Our host ran an article in #174 on how he used the tools to do his own layout.
