Scott Lewis’s cutting board video shows a corregated sanding block for sanding a curve.  I’ve tried to make these, and they always break.  I’m not sure if it’s the type of wood I’ve used (ash, cherry) of I’m making the cuts too deep or too close together.  Is there any insight on how to make this sanding block?
