Hi, I have an old (1950s) Craftsman Table saw. It works great and I just added a Vega Rip fence (why did I wait so long?) to it. However, long ago, before I got the saw, the switch was replaced with a normal light switch (mounted under the table but reachable).
I’d like to replace the switch with a Hand on/Knee off type of switch – does anyone know of a supplier? If not, a design for one I could build…
Thanks
Mark

Grizzly and others I'm sure have replacement switches. Not sure if they have the large paddle switch you want. You can easily make one, a top hinged board that has a protusion on back side that contacts the stop button.Bump the board with your knee and it hits the stop button. Bore a large hole thru board for the start button.
