Hi All,
I’m considering placing an insert for a router table on the right side wing of my Delta Contractors saw and using the TS fence (with some modifications) for the router.
All I need is a a plate for my Bosch router as I have a separate base but I only see the Rousseau plastic plates. Any metal ones out there? I don’t have the dough for a router lift system so just a plate.
Any other issues to consider before I start carving up the top.

Make your own plate from XX grade garolite. I use the 1/4" material and it works beautifully. It is around 9$/sqft. Try a plastic supply house locally, if not there you can get it from McMaster Carr or MSC.
