Due to space consideration, I am looking at purchasing a router table which replaces the wing on the table saw. Does anyone have any experience with these units? Any cautions and opinions are welcome.
Thank you

I made my own and really like the accessibility and space-saving attribute. It is on a hinge, so if I need that space (e.g., for a long crosscut), I can drop the whole unit, including fence, without losing the set-up I have for the router.
Bench Dog's unit is supposed to be real good. The Veritas table could be mounted this way also, with the right base.
Do you want a separate router fence, or are you going to use the TS fence for the RT also?
forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
Thanks for the input. I would like to see a picture of the one you built, if it is easly done. I appreciate the effort of answering my query.
