The book, Woodworking with the Router, by Bill Hylton and Fred Matlack, Rodale Press, ISBN 0-87596-6, has a couple of designs.
Fine Woodworking #148 (Mar-Apr 2001) has a review of a commercial ellipse jig from Micro-Fence.
