Not something I've ever had to deal with, but I know what the first thing is I'd try: using a crepe sandpaper cleaning-bar and rub, rub, rub. Do you have one of those around in your shop??

Ouuu .. good idea! I'll try that out tomorrow.
Joe, Leave it there. Your wife will love it!!! Lacquer thinner and a brush (comes rite off!!!) Use gloves and be safe. Next time carry the pot by hand. Haha

Industrial strength orange concentrate works on a lot of stuff, even tar on concrete.
Seems to me that most tire marks out side disappear with time. In our driveway we get tiremarks from time to time. They all seem to disappear except where the occur all the time. Sorry but I can't tell you a time frame for the diappearance.
