It's amazing how many cuts
It's amazing how many cuts they made. A very good example of a well-designed product. Good use of cyanoacrylate glue and accellerator as well as a rotary burr. And a reminder of how nice a well-tuned bandsaw is.
I think that was a stone in the handpiece, not a burr. I use stones on wood myself at times usually chucked into my Foredom. Sometimes I use the Dremel.
The stone is more akin to sanding, the burrs remove a lot of material, even the fine cut ones.
Stones are a useful thing in a rotary tool.
Just exactly how many fingers does he have. What a blur of motion, somehow I think he goes through a few blanks with mistakes though!! Morgan
I just went down to the shop and tried to copy him.
It didn't come out exactly the same.
I think he used a smaller blade than I did.
It would be nice to see the complete operation. O seen a demo put on by Carter that the fella used the saw about the same way it was impressive to say the least.

I thought I was pretty good on the bandsaw until I watched that.
Thaks for posting it.
