Does anybody know a reliable source for 3/4″ and 1/2″ prefinished maple or birch plywood? I’m located in the Baltimore/DC area, but am willing to drive a few hours for a quality product at a reasonable price. I contacted Chesapeake Plywood in Baltimore – they carry some, but in limited selection (e.g. finished one side for 3/4 but two sides for 1/2). I’m looking for options to shop around.
Thanks.

Look in the yellow pages for cabinet shop supplies. In a market at big as Baltimore/DC, there's probably a half dozen or more.
And any of them will have (or will order) prefinished ply -- maple being probably a bit more readily available, since it's more popular.
I'm near Raleigh, and there are at least three places here.
I won't be laughing at the lies when I'm gone,
And I can't question how or when or why when I'm gone;
I can't live proud enough to die when I'm gone,
So I guess I'll have to do it while I'm here. (Phil Ochs)
Google States industries or Columbia forest products, both make prefinished plywood and have links to dealers on their web sites.
