Even if you buy your goods online or through a "wholesale blub or discount house" they are good. Ive dealt with them on a jointer. Pretty pleasant experience. Your first line of attack is your dealer. But if you bought via an outside/online/catalog have no fear. If the dealer cant help you right away they are the next thing, and maybe the one the dealer will refer you to if they cant help.
