Hi,
I am seeking a Chicago Illinois or surrounding area source for phenolic faced plywood, color is not important. I need two 24″x96″ 3/4″ of material. I dont own a van or truck thus the two pieces. I have searched online but can only find Woodcraft in 24″x48″ lengths. Does anyone know of a good source in my area?
Any help would be appreciated!

Richard

Check concrete contractor supply houses.
The vast majority of the phenolic ply is made/used for concrete forms.
I think there is a White Cap Construction Supply, in the Chicago area. Don't know if they will have the half sheets, or cut it or not,

Call Jessie over at White Cap they call me last week saying that they just recieved a plate of phenolic ply in and they will deliver for a small fee...the price was around 53.oo dollar a sheet. There location is in the Tinley PK area of Chicago...hope this help...Blkcherry
Thanks to both of you! I checked out the concrete "connection" online at Whitecap and there it was. The Elk Grove location is best for me.
Thanks again,
Richard
Got mine from White Cap also. Stuff works great for jigs. I just built an outfeed table and a cross cut sled out of it and it's great.
Watch for sharp edges though.
