patterns for Rocco & C Scroll Carving

I am looking for some patterns and a video for carving C-Scrolls relief carvings.
This was called The Golden Mean or the divine proportion. It was called the Golden Selection by Leonardo Da Vinci. It can be seen in Da Vinci’s painting the Last Supper, in the nautilus shell and the pinecone.
It is a 3-5 proportion. I know what it looks like it’s just that I have trouble putting it all together for a carving.
I want to do a relief carving for the panel of a Classic Heritage Tool Chest.

I did not know about these rules. Thanks for the attachment. Now I just need to string them together. If you have a resource for patterns, I would love to hear about it.
