   The guy doing this video wrote the book "Sketchup for Dummies" ($14.99 from Amazon) and there are many more videos on Utube to supplement the book.

   No online ones I've heard of but there are plenty of cheap  and even free CAD, computer aided drafting, programs out there.  Sketchup is available in free versions for Mac or Windows that is pretty loaded with features.

   There's plenty of info on cad on this site and google will turn up more. There's forums dedicated to the subject.
