Hello all,
I’m writing to let you know about my new blog, Furnitude. I like to think of it as a blog about handmade furniture by someone who makes it. I’m writing posts on my own projects and also featuring the work of furniture makers all over the country (and the world, eventually!). I would love to hear what you think of the blog and also to find out which furniture makers you would recommend for features. Please check it out: furnitude.blogspot.com.
Thanks!
Mitch

Mitch,
On your site, at the top, I see the first line of links (Home, Who's Mitch, Portfolio, and Why Human Hands?) but the bottom line is 3/4 hidden behind the rest of the page. Nice work, though. I like the style.

Mitch, welcome here. I hope you join in on a regular basis. Great web site. In addition to woodworkers of all descriptions, we are short of poets-we only have one of these in stock at the moment and these days he is more interested in his Har er Indian motor cycle . We don't have a predominance of folk who take umbrage if you state that you prefer to use only hand tools or only power tools and machines-I think.
Mitch,
Your website is lovely and inspiring, and reminds me of my own aspirations long ago. Someday soon I'm going to allow things to come around full circle and get back to this kind of woodworking after a long long detour.
I'll be checking out your site from time to time, but I think you'll find the Knots community a worthwhile place to hang around. Welcome.
