Once again i find myself turning to Knots for help.I’m wondering what i would do without the Internet anymore.
I am trying to find a Marquetry Artist that would make me an inlay for a project I’m working on.
Funny thing about artistic people there a little ummm flighty?lol
All the ones i have talked to said they could do it than dropped off the face of the earth.
Maybe its a difficult project (i need a face inlay)
Anyway if someone could steer someone my way or you are the person i’m looking for please feel free to answer this plea. Of course you will be compensated.
Thanks
Keith

Keith,
Contact me offline at [email protected] and let me know more details of what you're looking for and maybe I can give you some contacts. I know 2-3 people that do Marquetry work.
Earl

Reach out to Rob Millard who is a regular on this site. He makes some of the best federal period stuff I have ever seen. Here's his web site with contact info.

I still want to take a class from him some day.

Try Wildview Studios in Longmont, CO. Use Google to find their web site. Dave and Ellen Kisker are superb "marquetarians".
Good luck, Tom.
