Only if you live in a rainforest, and never take this piece out of it.
More important than thickness, is width, especially relative to annual rings if the boards are flat sawn.
Something to consider, is that a heavy wood like oak doesn't get below the fiber saturation point until ~38% MC, and if EMC for your location is say 8%. Then 100% of the shrinkage will happen in that 30% range of moisture loss.
Your wood still has about 25% of the total expected shrinkage left to go.
While it is possible to build with totally green wood, and you haven't given us much to work with as for your design, I have my doubts.
In the future when you describe the situation of a 3D project, it may help those wanting to offer you their assistance, to have more than one of those 3 numbers. Please don't take that as a "In your face put-down", but merely a request for more information.
While I have your attention. Whether you know it or not. All of the people who are here need a little information from you to give good advice. If nothing else, please click your flagship name, then fill in your location. Maybe you do live in a rainforest, I don't know, but maybe you live in a desert. Either way, you really don't want someone with the opposite life experience sharing what they have learned from life, expecting it to help you.
Good luck.
