Mobile Base for Unisaw w/32″ Unifence
Greetings.
I’m looking for a mobile base for my ~10 yr old Unisaw with a 32″ Unifence. The Delta 50-289 base is advertised as fitting a 52″ fence. I need one that will fit my shorter 32″ fence. The table extension requires legs, it does not cantilever out from the saw.
Any ideas.
thanks
Scott

Mobile base for Unisaw
If you wanted to stick with Delta, I believe you would have to get the base for the Unisaw cabinet and then add on the short extension. The short extension is 50-285 and I found it on ebay:

Then you would bolt that onto the cabinet mobile base. According to my Delta catalogs (2001-03), the mobile base for a Unisaw cabinet is 50-273. It states the interior dimensions as 20-5/8" x 20-5/8". I know the Unisaws from about 10-12 years ago went through a slight redesign so you might want to confirm the measurement on yours. The catalogs I have are from before the redesign, when the motor cover was still metal, not plastic. If thats right, then:

If you wanted to go with HTC, the number is HRS-10-X but they might be hard to find. Here's a link if you want to check out the picture:

Hope this is helpful.
