Been looking to recreate this Metrie architrave because it went out of stock at my local supplier (also, can’t really justify 6.89$ Lnft lol). Made a quick mock up (ignore the slight thickness issues here and there, didn’t want to run a bunch of 8″ pieces through the planer for a proof of concept) and the profile for my triple round over bit is ever so slightly off. I have a Magnate triple round over bit, and was wondering if you guys have any ideas for a better solution to this profile.

There are a few lumberyards that will do custom moldings. The custom make knives and keep the pattern and archive it.
I think you're pretty close, except for the with. If you cased a window or door with that, no one will notice the difference.
As the name implies, millwork is woodwork that has been fabricated in a mill. The term refers to any number of products, from doors and panels to moldings and trims. These are typically bespoke pieces that are installed onsite, based on the customized specifications of the clients.
