Does anyone know of an online source in the USA for a set of metric drill bits?

http://www.amazon.com, search for metric drill bit set
I'm not sure what sizes you need, but Lee Valley has brad point metric in sets, see here. They have both carbon and HSS sets.

Ach! You left out W.L. Fuller. All things boring....forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
And I spelled Travers incorrectly ( Travis?).

" . . . All things boring...."Isn't that a, uh, bit much? Or, were you trying to, uh, spur additional discussion? ;-)
It's a rare thread that doesn't generate at least one pointed comment! It helps keep Knots at the cutting edge.Ron
MSC Industrial.
I have a set of metric and inch from someplace. I recall the inch are 1/16 inch apart? Hard to tell the difference for woodworking! Metal working maybe but do anybody use brad points for metal?
Does anybody use brad points for metal?
I very much doubt it.
That was not really a question.
Just my stupid way to say at 1/16 inch in wood it hardly matters what drills you use for most projects. Metal maybe...
I know someone who tried drilling aluminum with a brad point. They didn't get too far. To anyone curious, don't bother trying to drill metal with a brad point.EDIT: Just in case anyone had any sense of doubt!Chris @ http://www.flairwoodworks.com
